Besides Barack Obama, I'll remember 2008 for Sarah Palin. Who else provided so much entertainment and real life theatre? And I point the finger at McCain who knew next to nothing about her before picking her to be VP.
there ya go- I'll probably remember 2009 more for Barack-unfortunately that election was the one and only story of 08
Although, I might argue that the entire electorate picked someone they know nothing about to be the next president- we are already seeing corruption around him (Rahm Emmanuel,Blago,and the land deals that are coming to light) and he isn't even in office yet- I hope this isn't a picture of things to come..
